2 oz Golden Eagle Vodka
1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime Juice
2 Cucumber Slices
5 Mint Leaves

Instructions

Add Golden Eagle Vodka, simple syrup, lime juice, cucumber, and mint to a shaker filled with ice
Shake extra well and double strain with a sieve into a coupe glass
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a cucumber slice
