Spiced Apple Sour

This twist on a classic sour incorporates the crisp flavors of apple and spices of cinnamon with a silky citrus finish.

Spiced Apple Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Apple Cinnamon-Infused Golden Eagle Vodka
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup Egg Whites or Fee Foam

Instructions

  1. Add apple cinnamon-infused Golden Eagle Vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (or Fee Foam) to a shaker without ice
  2. Dry shake (no ice) vigorously to froth the egg whites
  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over a cube
  5. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon or a thin apple slice

Enjoy neat, over ice, or in cocktails

Golden Eagle Vodka is distilled only once to maintain the flavor from our Dark Northern Red wheat. Although best appreciated in simple forms, the natural character of Golden Eagle can be used to enhance and add complexity to cocktails.
